Breakfast: 1 packet sugar-free oatmeal
Lunch: 1- 90 cal curves bar (chocolate and peanut) , 3 cups light popcorn
Dinner: 1 cup low fat mozzerella cheese; 1 salad w/ 2 tbs light italian dressing; 3 mini pretzels
Exercise: Walked 5 miles(fast pace)
how much weight do you think i could lose in 3 months doing this?

Eat a few snacks, like fatfree yogurt or wheat thins, then you should be good. Also you need more protein!
